Cat on a Cold Tin Roof

The weather forecast warned us there would be rain here in Marlborough later today. With this in mind I went to the gym before 6.am, made a quick trip to the supermarket and walked the dog on the way home. (He waits very patiently in the back of the vehicle while I am at the gym). Once home there was no stopping for breakfast, the lawn needed to be mown before the rain. We had made preparation yesterday when we raked the remaining leaves from the lawn and surrounds. The dog walks behind me and the mower. He has no fear of the machine and noise. Perkins the cat is not impressed. Here she takes refuge on the wood shed roof as I wheel the mower past at the end of the exercise.
