Day 40 streaking

This week I'm back in the Capital. Made the most of it by some training with Run Club East at the Olympic Park.

Started up with 3 warm up laps.
1 x gentle run
2 x strides
3 x gentle run and sprint round the corners

5 x gears - either start slow and build up speed of vice versa.

I started slow, getting a good pace but the last lap I crumbled. Had a bit of a coughing fit so had to stop and start :(

Then it was 3 x 6 sprint sessions
1 - 6 x sprints
2 - 6 x pyro push ups x 6 sprints
3 - 6 - squats x 6 x sprints

Then circuits
Mini hurdles
Agile feet
Parachutes
Rope pulls

The end!!
