Still No Change

It will soon be a week from our seeding of this lawn, but so far there has been no change regarding its appearance; it is still bare soil with grass seeds laying on the top.  There are less seeds now than when we sowed them, we have been visited every day by many Pigeons, Magpies and Crows.  It has been well trampled during this period by our other wildlife, rabbits, squirrels, Fallow deer and Reeves Muntjac deer.

As much smaller areas, which had been damaged and which I sowed some six or seven weeks ago seem to progress much more rapidly than this, but these were on our original soil, not the newly delivered replacement topsoil.
