It’s #ThrowBackThursday at the Plaster House!


This #ThrowBackThursday shows the Plaster House when it ran from a small rental facility in Kwa Iddi from April ’08 to August ’12. 


Our partners at the Arusha Medical Centre in Tanzania send out rural outreach teams to identify children with operable conditions, such as debilitating skeletal fluorosis (caused by excess fluoride in local water); burn injuries; club foot and hydrocephalus. The Plaster House provides ‘home from home’ post-operative care for children for up to 3 months after surgery.
