Scape bouquet

I had plenty to do today, but after I harvested the rest of the garlic scapes and cut off the tops, I thought I'd try a couple of things with the tops.  So I made them into a circle (extra shot), built a pyramid (kept collapsing before I could get a photo) and arranged them in a vase.  I don't know why I thought they'd look interesting in a vase, but I did.  Easily amused, I am.
And now I'd better get on with the other things I need to get done!
edit:  I've always cut the seed pods off the scapes but it looks like they may be edible from videos on YouTube.  I might have left these too long though.   If anyone knows, could you pass info along to me?   Thank you! The insides of these are full of little mini-cloves.
