Food of the Gods

In this case Nordic ones. A and R were back from Scandinavia yesterday and R brought some Polarbröd, made in Älvsbyn in Northern Sweden. There is no real equivalent here and it's equally at home with sweet things like jam or savoury like a curry. I'm looking forward to eating them.
