Not every day

Another day, another ocean

Just over three months ago I found myself in an apartment by the shore, facing out across the Pacific, on the east coast of Australia (indeed not far from the most easterly point, and also not far from a town called Ballina). Now here I am in a cottage by the shore, facing out across the Atlantic, on the west coast of Ireland (indeed not far from the most westerly point, and also not far from a town called Ballina).

It's much colder and wetter, but in its way equally thrilling. What a lucky man I am.
