Floating Away

It was that sort of day.

Got sorted at my doctor's this morning.  Good long chat and I have more tablets to take when the anti-biotics run out.

Came home and decided it was time to copy everything from my old computer to my new one.  Windows even has a brilliant utility that you can use - Windows Easy Transfer. 

There are 2 words in that title that are more than a little misleading.  The "Easy" one was a gimme.  Some things were copied but it would appear some were not.

And that brings me to Yet Another Gripe.  These "Time Remaining" indicators on programs like these.  Utterly b0ll0cks.  The transfer started and it went from 1hr 56 to 2hr 39 almost immediately.  Fair enough.

I came back three hours later to find "3hrs 30 remaining".  Which actually last 4 hours.  It spent 15 minutes just sitting on 12 Minutes to go.

On the plus side, some balloons drifted by the house.  They were miles away and moving quite swiftly - hence the lack of sharpness (bit like me).  And dear old Auto-contrast gave us way more blue than we saw today.  You take what you're given some days.
