(Don't) Release the Hounds 170/365

You can't keep a good dog down.  I refer of course to me!  Hobbling around I have already overdone it today and my leg doesn't seem to have really enjoyed going out and about a couple of times.  I expect tomorrow I'll be posting pictures of the cornicing of the ceiling at home, lying flat on my back.   At least I might have found a surgeon to see to speed recovery, we will see.
