Paolozzi- book launch

Phew! it's over. Yes people did turn up and it was good to see both old and new friends too.

And I am so pleased it worked out well for the &Collective gallery who hosted the event because it was the first book launch they had done.

Delighted to meet my publisher Stuart Johnston of Kennedy & Boyd for the first time.

A special surprise was the arrival of artist George Donald and art historian Geraldine Prince from Edinburgh. They had organised the Masterclass on behalf of Edinburgh College of Art and they still remember viividly how difficult Paolozzi was to deal with.
