Probably the best industrial building in York

... so said the chap that lives there and spoke to me as I was taking the photo this evening. I can see what he means though and I would very much like to live in one of the apartments myself. Or perhaps my fledgling company will expand so much that I can afford to move out of my back room and into this fantastic building so close to the middle of our fair city.
