Batter up!!

One of my favorite spots in San Francisco is the Musée Mécanique. I used to visit the one at Land's End, near the old Sutro Baths, but today we stumbled upon a treasure trove of vintage, working arcade games in a huge, warehouse-sized space at Fisherman's Wharf. It too is called Musée Mécanique (perhaps the same as the one I remember but relocated? does anybody know?). Admission is free, all the vintage games from the late 1800's and early 1900's are in working order, and almost all games are a mere 25¢. A delightful distraction in the middle of the beautiful day-before-the-wedding!
