Love Where You Live - Cleans Up

McDonalds Staff and Members of the community take part in a clean-up operation to rid unsightly litter blighting the Holy Family Primary School area in Salford, Gt Manchester.

Held in support of Keep Britain Tidy's anti-littering campaign 'Love Where You Live', the McDonald's tidy team were joined by pupils from Holy Family Primary School to crackdown on the area notorious for litter dropping.

The clean-up will encourage members of the local community to take responsibility for keeping their neighbourhood a litter-free zone.

Now in its second year, Keep Britain Tidy's anti-littering campaign, 'Love Where You Live', encourages the public to show how much they care for their community by taking action and helping to reduce the amount of litter in their area and across England by 2020. As a founding partner of the campaign, McDonald's will offer ongoing support throughout 2012 by raising awareness of the anti-littering message through its 1,200 UK restaurants.
