Roots and Wings

Gill sitting with J, planning out the itinerary for her trip to Nicaragua and Costa Rica. We take her and Beth to Heathrow on Wednesday.

She made two desserts for her dessert-monster Dad: almond and white chocolate baked cheesecake, and oreo and salted caramel chocolate tart.
