Midsummer : Six Days to Go

A day of mixed emotions on Father's Day.  Tears, as precious memories of Dad were shared around the family. I was glad to have some time alone in their house today, where a year ago we'd shared a very happy day together.  

And six days to go until #1's wedding.  The countdown is on.  We helped him with more flitting (removing). It was lovely to see their new flat.  This No. 6 is on a very impressive, rustic clock on the wall in their new kitchen.  

And a drive back to Glasgow at 10.30 pm, with good light still in the sky, on this Midsummer evening.
