The end of another week: long but reasonably productive. Now for the weekend: school fête, odd jobs and, of course, Father's Day.

Cycling today and time to order some new brake pads; the ones that came with the bike are done after only ~800 miles (actually, when I tot up the miles I guess that's not too bad given that it's all stop/start urban cycling). EBC gold seem to have a good write up and get good reviews for lasting well.

While I was on amazon it seemed a shame not to order a flash too... not to see if I can get the hang of the damned thing.

Sadly the Foo Fighters concert that +1/2 had got me tickets for for Father's Day has been cancelled... bah humbug!
