sorry about the old one

I'm glad I paid an extra few pounds for the lighter stainless version - it's much closer in smoothness/heft to its predecessor than the cheaper Hammerited-steel splintery-handle versions, all of which had some sort of rattle or play when I tested them in the shop. The predecessor had a T-shaped handle which seems to be currently out of fashion, but the D/Y handle of this is extremely comfortable to use so far. The slightly curved edge of this one's blade makes it a little more difficult to use the corner to tease at things but I expect I'll eventually get used to it.
