Walkin' the Surf

My wife and I woke up early and spent the day at the shore. There were many signs over the past couple of days that suggested such a trip would be a good idea, and it was!

Just a perfect day weather wise. The traffic was minimal. And the crowd was manageable. I naturally went with a photo series in my mind and hours later have a large collection of shots to wade through.

I've mentioned it before, but working Sundays really upsets the natural taking of a sabbath day for us. So today was a healthy and timely getaway. Tonight we're both resting comfortably and re-energized for tomorrow.
