Lumpy Custard

This morning was a mad rush to get four of us ready and make lamingtons for a school cultural event. We cheated and used a boxed cupcake mix, added cocoa and hot water to the icing mix and dunked them in the icing and dessicated coconut. They'll do. It was a lumpy custard kind of sky caught with iPhone on the way home.
