Wet and verrry cold at 7am this morning on the wharves.. My sympathy to all the South Islanders today!

The Picton ferry was the only thing moving, the old 'sea lion' was shivering at its berth.

Our shortest day has just passed so hopefully my morning blips will get a bit more cheerful soon :-)  I did manage to find one extra bright thing, the blunt end of a visiting long-liner..
