Home grown and hand picked.
Having tried and failed with the Whole30 health kick earlier this year, a friend of mine has encouraged me to try a 7 day juice thing instead.

Didn't think I'd be juicing my salad leaves when I planted the seeds, but glad I got to pick them before the snails did!
