I enjoyed a Costa cappuccino before starting a mammoth grocery stock-up. This couple were having quite an intense conversation at the next table.

Tesco was the quietest I've ever seen it - no complaints from me on that score - and I couldn't understand why... until I remembered that the new Waitrose is now open. It'll be interesting to see if things change over the next few visits...

Check-up at the dentist's in the afternoon. Clean bill of health. Yay!
