Garlic

Our first homegrown garlic. We weren't quite sure when to harvest as we read recently garlic needs to years to grow big cloves. Well, not in our raised bed. 6 months later we got those!
We always sqeeze it into a glass and top it up with olive oil. It lasts for a few months in the fridge and it is reat to use whereever you need a touch of garlic flavour. And you don't smell the next day!
