Bees and the Buddleia

I went out for a walk along the coastal footpath in the late afternoon and came across this yellow Buddleja globosa swaying in the wind and with several small bees hanging on and collecting nectar from the flower.  Then I  toyed with the idea of trying to get photos of the swallows and swifts but they seem to move too fast and unpredictably.  I did watch a Cormorant slowly turning while sunbathing and also two Little Egrets fishing in the estuary but they were some distance away.

A very sunny warm day and all the purchased seedlings were put in the ground at the allotment ploy this morning.  Some more digging required before I find some more plants.
