Gardener's Day

Dull, cloudy day with rain to come we're told:-(   However, Terry came to cut the grass and brightened up my day with her smile!  She chose this photo out of the few I took. I like it because it has such a sense of space, stretching from garden, through fields and in the distance (about three miles away) you can see silhouetted the spire of the Old and St Andrew's Church, Montrose. There has been a church on this site for hundreds of years.  Reverend Dr Charles Nisbet who became minister in 1764 described it as a church which "embraced much cultivation and intelligence". Not sure what he meant by that, but it sounds good. Have a nice day, Everyone!
