Buttons

Choosing buttons for hot off the needles knitwear is not as simple as deciding what you would like and the going to the Hobbycraft shop and buying them.
It becomes an altogether more difficult assignment.
You need five- an impossible number to find on a single card. Even should you espy a likely candidate on a card of three, you can be sure there is only the one card.
So it goes on, until lo and behold, I find a card of 5 ceramic buttons in the shape of cats. Success! I know Ewan will love them, even if his mother has to struggle getting them through the buttonholes.
