Houses of Wilmington #36

This is the Forsee - Sprunt House erected in 1884, and located at 410 South Front Street.  The Italiante style house (so many are of that style) built for James M. Forsee, native of Philadelphia, and partner in Kenan & Forshee, commission merchants, and wife, Sallie M.  It was extensively remodeled in 1920 by J. Laurence Sprunt (1886-1973),  cotton broker, and wife, Annie Gray Nash Ruffin (1886-1978).  It sits next door to the famous Governor Dudley Mansion.

Because of trees, cars, and wires, I had to shoot this at a kind of angle not to my liking, but this is how it looks from this position.
