Vaguely Marvellous

The Downs

Looking lovely from the bottom of Cissbury Ring this morning. I loved these fields: one with cows in, one with sheep, one with hay bails, one of wheat. All very neat and tidy.

Our cycle was a bit demoralising though, I had hoped to be flying up hills by now, but apparently I am still snail-like slow, puffing and panting away. We are going to need find all the flat routes through Brittany (yes, yes, I know. Maybe the Netherlands next time)

Since then, nothing to report, I snoozed on the sofa, demanded Amelia make me cake, which she did, then we ate the cake, and now everyone is tucked in front of their respective screens.
