Valletta Again

Malta Day 11

Packed a lot into this day, starting with a morning in Mdina, a beautiful walled town in the centre of the island. Eventually I'll get some photo's on Flickr, but for now I'm still catching up!

Can't believe this was nearly 2 weeks ago!

Then late afternoon we headed to Valletta to spend the evening. It's a wonderful place, full of interesting plaza's and streets and views that are better to stumble upon than plan ahead. A place worth a few days exploration.

We ate a place off the beaten track called Ambrosia and had a good chat with a waitress about misconceptions about Malta. She was proud of her country and rightly so.
