It has been so hot today. Too hot for me I think. I started my round jogging and ended it crawling. Four and a half hours in the sun is draining.....

ZQ is playing it cool re: the Big Bang Fair (which was at Ardingly) I think he enjoyed himself, but he is also wilting in the heat...

Tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter!!!
