Old Friends

Bit of a lie in today after the hectic return. Spent the morning sorting out the packing of the car for the return trip. When we left London J’s parents had our garden furniture and BBQ. Turns out it hasn’t been used in the last 6 years so we are taking it back with us. Just needed to take some of it apart to allow it to be packed in the car.
Collected the girls and went into town. J wanted to have a look around the shops and as it’s her birthday on Wednesday she got to choose. Turned out OK for the girls as she spent some money on them.
Met up with RJ and headed over for a few beers. The OJS where we normally go didn’t have and gas and so no beer. Met SW in the Wellington pub for a few before heading out to get some food and more beer.

Nice to see them both and catch up. J kindly came over and collected me from town when she had finished watching a film with the girls.
