BUTCHERS

There's a couple of things I could waffle on about this old Butchers shop - There arent many of them left - one mostly goes to the Supermarket nowadays for butchered meat !  Sounds awful really ( butchered meat) but I saw a TV programme last night of some blokes riding their motorcycles all the way down through AFRICA, they camped over night and butchered their own goat for the Night meal - very graffick- but reality. - we just see it in plastic packet wraps on the shelves ( as do our kids).  So this shop is somewhat of a rarity (so to speak).  It sits out very distinctly - the bloke at the door was most indignant as I was taking the picture of HIS Butchers shop - In shorts ?  Cold as charity - there must be something in meat after-all ??

Oh! and the last thing was the old bridge outside - remember when you used to Bike to the Butchers shop with the saw-dust on the floor ? parked your bike in the concrete bridge - Ahh! those were the days - meat and 3 vege.....................
