Sunday: Morning Excitement

We had a bit of excitement at our hotel this morning when the fire alarm went off at 0700 and announcements started to come through that we should evacuate the building.  We trotted out to the forecourt in our pyjamas and dressing gowns and stood around along with everyone else.  It was quite revealing - some were in pyjamas, but some had taken the trouble to get dressed and put make-up one.  Some even looked like they had had a shower.  My personal favourite was the couple who appeared after about 15 minutes wheeling all their luggage.

It appears to have been a false alarm but made for a rude awakening.  Early breakfast followed.
