Loch Katrine and Ben Venue

Playing catchup - still have a few from the previous few days to post. They'll have to wait. Cream crackered from no sleep. Was out shooting sunsets yesterday evening, then off to climb Ben A'an at 3am this morning.

It's not a tough climb, but the temporary diversion in place is absolutely appalling. I misread the website and thought the usual path was open. I'd never been on this path, so when it's knee deep mud and dark and you've forgotten your torch and keep slipping and falling and filling your boots with mud - the air was blue!

At least there was a payoff. Still waters, mist, sunrise, nice clouds,... throw in a moon and you would have had it all. Even had time to just sit and enjoy the view :-)
