Hello, July! My favorite month of a year.

This hay tedder was working on the field next to our house. Fascinating looking job!

Wikipedia: A tedder (also called hay tedder) is a machine used in haymaking. It is used after cutting and before windrowing, and uses moving forks to aerate or "wuffle" the hay and thus speed up the process of hay-making. The use of a tedder allows the hay to dry ("cure") better, which results in improved aroma and color.

We picked up hubby from the railway station at 22:00. It's good to have him home! He is very tanned! They had a great sailing trip.

Unfortunately doors of the School of Medicine didn't open for Leevi. However, many children of my friends got a place and I'm so happy for them. And Leevi will have his turn too. We'll get him home tomorrow! Boys will fly from Hamburg to Tampere.

+20°C, sunny
