Oh just love it when the government here change the rules.

I have bought a car in Dubai, but as I am a resident of Abu Dhabi I have to export the vehicle (same country, different Emirate). It used to be you got export plates and 5 days to register. Not now, you have to get it transported from the Dubai vehicle licensing to Abu Dhabi licensing. We went to two places, but the staff wanted to go home and couldn't be bothered. So I left the car in the car park and will go back tomorrow at 7am
