Glasgow University Tower needing some TLC

I was at a meeting today in Kelvingrove, which was swamped with cruise ship visitors. Once again I'd forgotten my camera so had to resort to a phone blip of the work going on at the university, seen here from the gallery car park. So, it's a bit of a blurry blip!
