Confetti

This unlikely looking image really does show confetti.  This is the field of The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company which is based in the village of Wick near Pershore.  

The colours really are stunning.  This image shows a small corner of the delphinium field with Pershore Abbey in the background.  The stormy sky behind the abbey looked very dramatic.  

You do have to pay £2 to go in the field but it's well worth it.  Recommended for anyone in the area in next couple of weeks.
