New balls please!

Been lucky enough to go to Wimbledon for the second year running. Sat on Court number two and have had a full day and seen four different matches.

The most memorable would be to actually see a Brit win a match. James Ward did the honours today.

I have been a big tennis fan from being a little girl and to see such a victory is a rare thing indeed. Of course Andy also won but we could only hear the cheers from Centre Court to tell us that.

I've done a little collage of my day.
There is James Ward just as he won.
The statue of Fred Perry who won three times in a row in the thirties.
The famous clock that always comes on the BBC intro to Wimbledon fortnight.
Finally for all we gardeners I had to include a bit of the flower displays that were literally everywhere,

Also I must mention we went to see Imelda Staunton in Gypsy last night at the Savoy Theatre, she was absolutely amazing!

Still having trouble getting wifi, home tomorrow and back to normal, will catch up to see what you have all been doing in this heatwave!
