There are no Steep Hills in Scotland . . . . . .

 . . . . .  Only inappropriate gears. This particular lack of gears was experienced as we were leaving Dollar immediately after lunch. Things were said about the planning of the route. The greyness about the walkers' arms and legs is due to liberal applications of sticky sun-screen attracting dust from the cycle path.

Today's run was to Dollar, a long and lumpy ride. It was similar in length and nature to last week's but with nicer weather, although it didn't match up to the forecast of being blisteringly hot though the promise(?) of warm weather did entice twenty souls out on their bikes. Once again, He Who Shall Not Be Named picked up a brace of punctures.
