GOLD DUST

The four bees I saw today seemed almost frantic in their search for pollen.  Most had the large pouches on their hind legs filled with pollen, but this guy seemed to just have his pollen sprinkled all over his body.  Is he a different type, or does he need to quit playing around and get down to business?
