Truffle day

... otherwise known as the last day of term.  This year's menu for teacher was strawberry and pepper truffles, and muscavado chocolate truffles.  Both a little softer than expected - that'll be the heat.  Also tricky to temper chocolate at 28 degrees when the outdoor temperature is 34...

Anyway, today also brought the kids' weekend surprise, hot-foot (literally) all the way from Dubai, Mr B for a very flying visit due to the airline's inability to change flights.  26 hours, and he's off again...
