Escaping the fog

Another gorgeous warm day in Orkney which turned into cold fog as soon as I stepped out of work at 5 PM! After dinner we decided to find our way out of the fog and drove north for 10 minutes where we found beautiful sunshine at the Bay of Skaill. Hiked up the hill past the Hole O'Rowe until we got to the Point O'Rowe and were rewarded with this stunning view south towards Hoy and the fog rolling towards the shore. A day which couldn't have ended more beautiful!
