someone stole the volkswagen silver sign off the back of her last night. I was pissed off but actually they didn't take any paint off and I managed to get rid of the glue so it looks like it's never been there. I wish they had nicked the gb one instead.

I did some yoga then went for a 5k run at night...trying to keep it up now the race incentive is over. I might have to sign up to something else to force the effort. enjoyed the yoga though, even though it feels a bit slow.
