Breakfast

It has been some time since I blipped a food image, even though I have been enjoying some great home cooked meals lately (the market is full of wonderfully fresh produce and a wide variety of fish). I promised my wife a breakfast at her favorite spot a couple of days ago and even though we woke up to a heavy rain (yeah!) we went regardless. It was a good thing we did, not only did the cooler weather allow us to enjoy our café de olla in relative comfort, but the food was delicious as always. Shown here is my order of molletes complete with colorful condiments. By the time we returned home, the skies had cleared and it was heating up once again.
