Grandaddy Grasshopper

We grow some pretty big things in Texas, but nobody could remember ever seeing a grasshopper this big---and then my mom picked it up!  This was out on my sister's ranch where we celebrated the Fourth of July with the family today.....The extra is a better photo of the grasshopper before my mom picked him up.....
