God Bless America

The US is in the good books at the moment thanks to a) equal marriage and b) fun friends who organise July the fourth pool parties at their nice apartments which they stay in because of large US government budgets. Pool parties are an alien concept to a Brit, but I like what I see and think we should install more (heated) pools in gardens in the UK.

Long live the American dream.

NB it's relatively easy to create a whirlpool from a standing body of water.
