We came to this vineyard a few years ago when it was just a few acres, a factory and a visit around the yard. People said it wouldn't work. Its produce gathered from many more Menorcan acres is now sold inside and outside this small island. I am now sitting in its first class restaurant enjoying its wine under an umbrella of vines which I suspects are out of focus. Unless of course....
