Hill Close Gardens

Another very pleasant day today - it won't last, rain is forecast for tomorrow.

We sat out front at The Dirty Duck and had morning coffee with Emma, watching the river and the people passing by; very relaxing.

Then this afternoon we visited our friends in Leamington Spa, Maureen and Ian, who are in the process of selling their house and moving next door to Warwick. Their new apartment overlooks Warwick Racecourse on the street with the quaint English name of Bread and Meat Close.

Bread & Meat Close also is the home to Hill Close Gardens. A series of Victorian gardens renovated and looked after by local residents. See Web Site.

So we paid them a visit and after a cup of tea had a very enjoyable hour wandering around the various gardens, me with a camera stuck in front of my face as usual.

To see other photos I took of the gardens see - Hill Close Gardens.
