Heavy Duty

Back in the garden again for another Open Studio day,  and a steady stream of visitors.  Our friend's garden has some fine plants which I have blipped previously, but they also have a variety of old metal and stone items around the borders as decoration.  These are three screw spikes and a nut splitter - most likely from the railway industry.

Quickly arranged and photographed when there was some dappled shade toward the end of the afternoon - perhaps better against a more contrasting background?
